When you make a payment through Artfinder, funds go through our secure payment portal and are not released to the artist until our 14 day returns period has expired and the customer is satisfied with their purchase. Artfinder also provides a private messaging system for customers and artists to liaise regarding purchases.

Paying outside the Artfinder system is not secure, and we cannot provide access to our 14 day no risk returns policy when transactions occur outside the website. If your transaction happens off our platform and we have no record of it, it is will not be possible for us to assist you.
