How will my artwork be shipped?
As an art marketplace all artworks sold on Artfinder are dispatched directly from the Artist or Gallery. As a result the packaging used, courier selection as well as services (such as insurance on shipment) will vary between Artist and Artwork.
You may find further details regarding how a particular artwork will be shipped via the artwork listing. Simply hover over the 'i' icon located next to 'delivery', and this will clarify how the artwork will be shipped.
We would also recommend for our customers to get in touch with artists they are interested in buying an artwork from directly, in order to find out further information on how the Artwork will be shipped.
To contact the artist, please go to the product page for one of the artworks you wish to purchase and click the "Contact artist" button located just on the bottom of the page below the artwork description. Please kindly note that you will be required to have an Artfinder account and be logged in, in order to message an artist on the platform.
Once your order has been placed and your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the name of the courier used, as well as the estimated delivery date. You may also view the tracking details via your orders page on your Artfinder account.
