My artwork has not yet arrived
In the event that your artwork has not arrived by the estimated arrival date logged by the artist, we recommend checking the tracking information through the order details on your account.
You will be able to track your shipment on the courier's track & trace page.
If the tracking details are a little unclear or you are not sure which courier was used by the artist, please get in touch with the artist as we find that in most cases speaking directly with them is the best and fastest way to get answers about an artworks whereabouts. If you don’t receive an update from the artist within 48 hours, contact our Customer Support & Operations Team and they’ll be happy to assist.
If it emerges that your artwork has been lost in transit (it has been 30 days since the estimated time of arrival logged by the artist on Artfinder), then we will refund you in full for the order should you not wish to wait any longer.
