My artwork has not yet arrived
In the event that your artwork has not arrived, we recommend checking the tracking information through the order details on your account.
To access this, navigate to Your Account > Orders and locate the order in question.
You will see a shipping method and a tracking number on your order, as well as an estimated delivery date.
You will be able to click on the tracking link or go directly to the courier’s website in order to track your parcel.

If the tracking details are a little unclear or you are not sure which courier was used, please get in touch with the artist, as we find that in most cases speaking directly with them is the best and fastest way to get answers about an artwork's whereabouts. If you don’t receive an update from the artist within 48 hours, contact us at customers@artfinder.com, and our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist.
If it becomes clear that your artwork has been lost in transit (as 30 days have now passed since the estimated arrival date), we will issue you a full refund for the order should you not wish to wait any longer.
