How do I claim my crowdfunding rewards?
Thank you for taking part in Artfinder’s Crowdcube 2022 campaign and supporting us on our journey to creating a world where art benefits everyone! Here’s a quick summary of the rewards with further information on how you can claim them.
Rewards due for different investment levels
An option to showcase a limited-edition "Artfinder Investor" badge on your public Artfinder profile, plus listing on the Community investors page. This reward is optional and requires an account on Artfinder with a public profile.
15% off your next order (valid for any artwork listed at full price)
Free 3-months subscription to Artfinder's Standard Plan for sellers, unlocking lower commission fee and additional platform features.
All investors at this level receive sustainably made collection of limited Artfinder branded goodies, including a coffee tumbler, a notepad and a wooden pencil.
15% off any artwork on Artfinder for 6 months (valid for any artwork listed at full price)
Homepage or email placement promotional package
20% off any artwork on Artfinder for 6 months (valid for any artwork listed at full price).
Email + social media promotional package. Plus, free 6-months subscription to Artfinder's Standard Plan
20% off any artwork on Artfinder for 12 months (valid for any artwork listed at full price), plus a £50 Artfinder gift card.

How to claim my investor badge?
This reward is optional. We have now enabled this option on all user and seller accounts on Artfinder belonging to investors in our crowdfunding rounds. A public profile is required in order to showcase your badge.
- Artists: If you have an artist shop open with us you already have a public profile and the badge has been activated on your profile. To edit the badge settings (show/hide) go to Seller Portal → Settings → Features to tick/untick "Display your investor badge" option
- Non-artist investors: You can enable your public profile by visiting Profile Settings page (requires login) and selecting "Profile publicly visible" option. Please note your name and profile photo will become publicly visible and may be linked to from other parts of the site. On the same page you can enable/disable "Display your investor badge" option.
If you're unable to locate the investor badge in your shop or user profile, please just get in touch with our support team and we will look into it. The most common cause is that the investor's Crowdcube and Artfinder email addresses don't match.
How to claim my SWAG bundle?
If you are eligible, your SWAG bundle will be shipped to you by mid-August 2022 and depending on where you live it should reach you within 2-14 working days after the dispatch date. We will drop you a courtesy email once your SWAG bundle has been shipped, so you can look out for it.
How to claim my free subscription?
If you are eligible, there is no action you need to take to claim this. We will enable this reward on all eligible accounts during the month of August. You will receive an email from our team with a confirmation when this is enabled. If you are currently on a Pro Plan, but your reward is a Standard Plan, we will get in touch to offer you some options.
How to claim my free promotional placement?
If you are eligible for email, homepage or social media promotion, there is no action you need to take to claim this. By the end of August our team will schedule your promotion and notify you of the slot by email. Please look out for an email from us with more details!
How to claim my discount?
If you are eligible, we sent you your personal discount code (terms apply) via an email on 27th July 2022. Please remember that to claim your discount, you will need to log in to an account with the email address matching the email address of your Crowdcube account. If you're eligible for multiple reward discounts, we will only send you the best one you're eligible for.
How to claim my free gift card?
If you are eligible, your free gift card was sent to you by email on 27th July 2022. The gift card will be sent from email@example.com email address. You can redeem the gift card yourself or forward it on to a friend. Each gift card can only be redeemed once. More information on how to redeem a gift card is available in this article.
If your gift card didn't reach you for some reason please make sure to check your spam/junk folders first. It it's not there, please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org from your Crowdcube email address (important!) to let us know and we will investigate this for you.
What if I'm due more than one gift card?
For those investors due multiple gift cards, we sent each and every gift card as a separate email on 27th July 2022. Each of the gift cards was sent to the email address used to pledge the investment (i.e. the same email as on your Crowdcube account).
What if my Artfinder account email is different to that of Crowdcube?
Some of our rewards require you to have an Artfinder account and login to it. The email address of your account must match that of your Crowdcube account. However, if you already have an account with us that is using a different email address, that’s okay! Please email us on email@example.com from your Crowdcube email address (important!) and let us know what account we should move the reward over to.
