I checked out as a guest, how can I access my order details?
When you check out as a guest, Artfinder keeps a record of your order connected to the email address you use, and you can then use this to create an account by simply setting a password.
You can set a password at any time to gain access to your order details and any messages you may receive from the artist if you wish to. To set up your password, simply visit this page https://www.artfinder.com/login/forgot/ and enter the email address you used to place the order.
You will be sent an email with a link to set your password. If you do not receive a password reset email after requesting it, please be sure to check your junk/spam, and any other folders in your inbox in case it is routed there.
You will be able to access messages from the artist in your Messages tab once you log in to your account.
It is important to note that all artists on Artfinder are responsible for the fulfilment of orders themselves, and we therefore encourage you to speak to them directly regarding your order. If you wish to cancel your order, or request a return, you will also need an account and to be logged in. We therefore strongly recommend creating an account.
If you do not wish to create an account, but require order information or have received a message from the artist which you need to access, then please contact our Support and Operations Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to provide further support. Please kindly note that you will need to contact the team from the email address you used when you placed your order.
