What courier do our artists ship with?

As an international art marketplace, our independent artists are responsible for running their own stores and fulfilling any respective orders. 

As a result, the courier delivering your order will vary depending on the artist you have ordered from. This is also dependent on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.

Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the name of the courier used and the tracking number. You may also view the tracking details via your orders page on your Artfinder account.

If the order was shipped via a postal service, it may be passed on to your local courier once it arrives in your country. In many cases, you can continue tracking the shipment using the same tracking number through your local courier's tracking system.

Currently, it is not possible for customers to select their preferred courier; however, in some cases, artists may be able to accommodate this request depending on their shipping method. Please do contact the artist before placing the order to clarify arrangements.
