What courier do our artists ship with?
As an art marketplace our independent Artists are in charge of running their own storefronts, and fulfilling any respective orders. Part of this order fulfilment is selecting an appropriate courier to handle the artwork and arranging the shipment for it.
As a result the courier delivering your order will vary depending on the artist you have ordered from. This is also dependent on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.
Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the name of the courier used and the tracking number. You may also view the tracking details via your orders page on your Artfinder account.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it may be passed on to an internal postal service and delivered according to standard delivery procedures in your country.
Currently it is not possible for customers to select your preferred carrier, however, if you have any preference, please do contact the artist before placing the order to clarify arrangements.
