How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification advising you of the estimated delivery date.
To track your order, you will need to log in to your Artfinder account and visit your ‘Orders’ page, which can be found through the ‘Account’ icon. Next to the relevant order, click on the red button that says, ‘View order details’. You will then find the tracking number and estimated delivery date of the shipment.
If it is not possible to track your order by clicking on the tracking number, then you are able to use either the courier's website to track your order, or a tracking website such as 17track.
I do not have an Artfinder account, how can I track my order?
When you check out as a guest, Artfinder keeps a record of your order connected to the email address you use, and you can then use this to create an account by simply setting a password.
You can set a password at any time to gain access to your order details and any messages you may receive from the artist if you wish to. To set up your password, simply visit this page https://www.artfinder.com/login/forgot/ and enter your email address used to place the order. You will be sent an email with a link to set your password.
You will then be able to access your orders once you login to your account.
I do not wish to create an account, how can I track my order?
When shopping on Artfinder, you are buying directly from the artist, who is responsible for managing their store which includes shipping orders and keeping you informed of any issues regarding your shipment. Therefore, there may be occasions where the artist will message you, so we would generally encourage creating an account where possible.
If you do not wish to do so, please contact us at customers@artfinder.com from the email address you used to place the order, and we will be able to advise on your tracking details.
