How can I track my order?


Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the name of the courier used, as well as the estimated delivery date. 

To track your order, you will need to log in to your Artfinder account and visit your Orders’ page, which can be found through the ‘Account’ icon. Next to the relevant order, click ‘View order details’. You will then find the tracking number and estimated delivery date of the shipment.

If it is not possible to track your order via your Artfinder account, then you are able to use either the courier's website to track your order, or via a tracking website such as 17track.

I do not have an Artfinder account, how can I track my order?

When you check out as a guest, Artfinder keeps a record of the order connected to the email address you used. You can then use this email to create an account by simply setting a password.

You can set a password at any time to gain access to your order details and any messages you may receive from the artist . To set up your password, simply visit this page https://www.artfinder.com/login/forgot/ and enter your email address used to place the order. You will be sent an email with a link to set your password.

You will then be able to access your orders once you login to your account.

I do not wish to create an account, how can I track my order?

As an art marketplace our independent Artists are responsible for managing their stores, which includes shipping orders and keeping customers informed of any issues regarding their purchase.

Therefore, there may be occasions where the artist will message a customer via the messaging system, so we would generally encourage customers to create an account where possible. 

If you do not wish to do so, please contact us at customers@artfinder.com from the email address you used to place the order, and we will be able to provide further information related to the tracking.
