Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time, as long as the artwork has not yet been shipped by the artist. To request a cancellation, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Artfinder account and select ‘Orders’ under the ‘Account’ icon
  2. Click on the white 'Cancel Items' button next to the artwork that you wish to cancel 

  3. Write a brief reason and click 'Confirm' 

  4. Once the artist has confirmed the cancellation, you will receive a refund to your original payment mechanism

If you wish to cancel an order but the artwork has already been dispatched, please do get in touch with the artist as soon as you can. Once this has been confirmed with the artist, you can request a return using the returns procedure.
