Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time, as long as the artwork has not yet been shipped by the artist. To request a cancellation, simply follow the steps below:
- Log into your Artfinder account and select ‘Orders’ under the ‘Account’ icon
- Click on the grey 'Cancel Order Items' button at the top of the page
- You will then need to select the items you wish to cancel, write a brief reason and click 'Confirm'
- Once the artist has confirmed the cancellation, you will receive a refund to your original payment mechanism
If you have multiple artworks in your order, you will only be able to cancel any items which have not been shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order but the artwork has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the delivery and then request a return in line with our Returns Policy.
