What is the return periods during the Black Friday and Christmas period?

To help maximise interest during the holiday season and support those buying art as a gift, we’ve extended our returns period for all orders placed between 1st November and 13th December. Any orders placed within this time frame will be eligible for return until 8th January. Orders placed before 1st November or after 13th December will be subject to our standard 14-day returns policy. How can I submit a returns request outside of the 14 day window? During the extended returns period from 1st November to 13th December 2025?

During the extended returns period from 1st November to 13th December, customers are welcome to return orders up until 8th January. As our system does not currently support return requests outside of the standard 14-day window via your order page, we ask that you email our Customer Support team: customers@artfinder.com directly if you wish to return an order placed during this time. A member from the support team will help you through the return process and ensure your request is logged correctly.

If you receive an artwork that arrives damaged or defective, we strongly advise that you report this to us as soon as possible after delivery, even if you are still within the extended returns timeframe. This will help us carry out the necessary investigations and help resolve the matter as soon as possible for you.

Please note that any return requests made outside the extended timeframe may not be eligible for processing, so we recommend contacting us via email: customers@artfinder.com as early as possible. You will always receive updates from our team during this process, and we’ll support you in resolving the issue promptly. 

Please be advised that if an item is damaged and exceeds the extended returns promotion after the 8th of January 2026, you will not be eligible for a return.

In the event you place an order during our extended returns promotion and your order is delivered after 25th December, it will be subject to our standard 14-day returns policy.
