How to redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card through your desktop browser, please follow the steps below:

1. Head to the account icon at the top right hand corner of the homepage (you will need to be logged in)
2. Select the credit section at the top of the dropdown

1. Click on the ‘Redeem it here’ link next to the question ‘Got a gift card?’ on the right hand side of the page 

2. Enter the code into the box and hit the ‘Redeem Gift Card' button

   

3. Once you proceed to checkout, the gift card will be applied at checkout in the form of credits

   

To redeem a gift card through your mobile browser please follow the steps below:

1. Head to the menu bar located in the top left hand corner of the screen
2. Select 'Gift cards' from the menu

3. Click on the 'Redeem it here' link next to the question ‘Already have a gift card?’

   

   
   
4. Enter the code into the box and hit the ‘Redeem Gift Card' button.
5. Once you proceed to checkout, the gift card will be applied in the form of credits.

Kindly note: Gift cards can be redeemed one year after purchase and we are unable to extend a gift card’s validity once expired. Gift cards are one time use and once they have been redeemed you will not be able to redeem them again.
