How to use your Artfinder giftcard

You can either apply your gift card code directly during checkout or convert it into store credit to use within one year.

Apply Directly at Checkout

If you are ready to make a purchase, you can apply your gift card directly on the checkout screen:

1. Proceed to the Shipping Address stage during checkout.
2. Click Apply promotional code or gift card.
3. Enter your gift card code. The balance will automatically be deducted from your total order cost.

Convert to Account Credit (Redeem for Later)

If you aren't ready to buy just yet, you can convert your gift card into store credit.

Important: Gift card credits are valid for 1 year from the date of redemption. You must be logged into your Artfinder account to redeem credits.

On Desktop:

1. Head to the account icon at the top right-hand corner of the homepage (you will need to be logged in)

2. Select Credits from the top of the drop-down menu.

   

3. Locate the question "Got a gift card?" on the bottom right-hand side, and click the "Redeem it here" link.
4. Enter your gift card code into the field and click Redeem Gift Card.

Your balance will automatically apply as credits next time you check out.

Important: Gift cards can be redeemed 1 year after purchase, and we are unable to extend a gift card’s validity once expired. Gift cards are one-time use, and once they have been redeemed, you will not be able to redeem them again.

On Mobile:

1. Log into your Artfinder account.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

3. From the dropdown menu, select 'Inspiration' and scroll to the bottom of the sub-menu and select Gift Cards.

   

4. Scroll past the "Buy an Artfinder Gift Card" header and tap the underlined link that says "Redeem it here".

   

5. You will then be able to input your gift card number and redeem it in the white text box 'Gift card code'.
