How to redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card through your desktop browser, please follow the steps below:

1. Head to the account icon at the top right-hand corner of the homepage (you will need to be logged in)
2. Select the credit section at the top of the dropdown

1. Click on the ‘Redeem it here’ link next to the question ‘Got a gift card?’ on the bottom right-hand side of the page 

2. Enter the code into the box and hit the ‘Redeem Gift Card' button

   

3. Once you proceed to checkout, the gift card will be applied at checkout in the form of credits

   

Kindly note: Gift cards can be redeemed one year after purchase, and we are unable to extend a gift card’s validity once expired. Gift cards are one-time use, and once they have been redeemed, you will not be able to redeem them again.

To redeem a gift card through your mobile device, please follow the steps below:

• On the main Artfinder website, go to thetop-left corner and click the three black lines (menu icon).

• From the dropdown menu, look for and select 'Inspiration'.

• Once you've clicked 'Inspiration ', it will take you to new drop-down options. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Gift Cards'.

• Once clicked, at the top of the Gift Cards page, you’ll see a text box labelled 'Buy an Artfinder Gift Card ', and at the bottom you'll see 'Redeem it here', underlined; click this text.

• You will then be able to input your gift card number and redeem it in the white text box 'Gift card code'.
