I have received the wrong artwork, what should I do?

We understand that mistakes can happen, and there may be an occasion when you have received the incorrect artwork. As our artists are responsible for the shipping of their orders, we would encourage you to message the artist first advising of this.

You may wish to:

  • Receive a refund once the incorrect artwork has been returned to the artist.
  • Receive the correct artwork once the incorrect artwork has been returned to the artist.
