What is Artfinder’s return policy?

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a return for a refund or replacement (if the artist is able to offer a replacement). We will organise a courier collection from your home, workplace or an alternative address, whatever suits you!! And, it’s completely free.

For a simple, fast service, you’ll need to make sure that:

• You request your return on the Artfinder system within 14 days of your artwork being delivered to you
• The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived
