Why can't I use payment through instalments option at checkout?

We currently offer the opportunity to pay through interest-free monthly instalments to our customers with Klarna and Clearpay for eligible customers.

If you are based in other countries, you may want to look into Paypal Credit.

You're not able to sign up with Klarna if you are under 18.
You're not a resident of a supported country.
You don't have a valid payment card.
Klarna may not offer all payment methods if you have missed previous payments or have outstanding debt with them.
The pay in instalments option cannot be used on artwork commission deposits.
Some items (like gift cards) are not eligible, or your purchase total is too low or too high.

Here are the most common reasons why Clearpay may not appear:

Order Value Restrictions: Your basket total might be below the minimum or above the maximum allowed by Clearpay.
Currency Inconsistency: The store currency must match your Clearpay region (e.g., GBP for UK accounts).
Unsupported Items: Some items, such as digital gift cards, may not be eligible for instalment payments.
Account/Regional Restrictions: If you are using a VPN or if your account has restrictions, it may not appear.
Browser Issues: Cached data or browser extensions could be preventing the option from loading.
