How long does the delivery take?
As all artworks sold on Artfinder are dispatched directly from the artist, delivery times can vary. Find out how long it will take for the artist to dispatch your artwork by clicking ‘Shipping’ on the right-hand side of the product page.
On each listing under the 'Shipping' tab, you will see what is the estimated dispatch time set by the artist. This will mean a number of days it takes the artist to prepare the artwork for shipping, any relevant shipping documentation, and book a courier from the date when the order is placed.
Once your order is shipped by the artist you will receive a shipping confirmation email and there will be tracking details available on the order page. Here's an example of the shipping confirmation email:

If your order is taking longer than estimated by the artist to be shipped, as all artists on Artfinder are responsible for the fulfilment of orders themselves; we find that, in most cases, speaking directly with the artist themselves is the best and fastest way to get answers about an artworks whereabouts.
To do so, please go you Your Orders > Order Details and press the button that says "Contact the artist".

Please do be assured that artists on Artfinder only receive payment for their sales once you, the customer, has received the artwork and the 14 day returns period has elapsed.
