Can I change my shipping address?

As soon as you place your order, our artists usually start working on it right away. However, we understand that you may have moved and didn't change your saved address on Artfinder and placed the order to be shipped to your previous address. Or it can happen that you may have misspelt the address or intended your purchase as a gift so need to ship it to a different address.

My order has not yet been dispatched

We may be able to amend the shipping address on your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched, however, this is subject to the payment provider you used. To change your shipping address, please reach out to customers@artfinder.com and we will offer you relevant assistance.

Please do not request the address change directly with the artist as this need to be processed by our Support team once checked by your payment provider.

Kindly note that if your method of payment is PayPal, we will not be able to perform the address change due to PayPal restrictions and we will advise you to cancel the order and place it again with the correct address.

My order has already been dispatched and is in transit

Once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to change the address but you can contact the delivery service to see if they can reroute the order.
